Deleting your account

You can delete your Türkiye Startups account and its data at any time, from the app, the website or by email.

In the app or on the website

1. Sign in and open Account → Profile.
2. Scroll to “Delete account”, enter your password and tick the confirmation box.
3. Press “Delete my account”. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

By email

If you can't sign in, write to hello@turkiyestartups.com from the email address registered to your account. We delete the account within 30 days and confirm by email.

What is deleted

Your account and profile, your startup profile, intro requests, messages you sent, saved startups, notifications, push subscriptions and the consent records linked to your account.

What may be kept

Messages you received from other members remain in their inboxes. Where the law requires it, minimal records (e.g. security logs) may be kept for the legally required period and then deleted. Anonymous visit statistics contain no personal data.
